If a prescription is not approved following clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund of any prescription charges paid. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the assessment has been completed.

Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
We use tracked delivery services to ensure the safe arrival of your medication. You will receive tracking information by email upon dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Medications must be stored in accordance with the instructions provided in the packaging. We accept no responsibility for medications that are improperly stored after delivery.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, please contact us immediately via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of medications for safety and regulatory reasons, in accordance with UK pharmacy law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
